Ministry of Crab

Ministry of Crab is known for, you guessed it, its crab!

Specifically, Sri Lanka's legendary mud crab which weigh anywhere from 500g to 2kg and is the literal showstopper of this quaint but classy establishment. 

Other interesting facts to note:
Ministry of Crab was voted The Best Restaurant in Sri Lanka 2022 and is currently one of Asia's 50 Best Restaurants. It is also set in a preserved 400-year-old Dutch Hospital in Colombo and headed by chef-restaurateur Dharshan Munidasaalongside Sri Lankan cricket legends Mahela Jayawardena and Kumar Sangakkara.
